LG has announced a new optimus android smartphone, LG Optimus LTE2 which matches some features with recently launched Samsung Galaxy S3. The device is the advanced version of Optimus LTE. Handset will be available in the Korean market from the Mid of May’12 and expected to hit global markets very soon.
It smartphone comes with glass and metal body and a large 720P TrueHD IPS display. Also there voice recognition software to control device through voice. This is the first smartphone coming with 2GB of RAM.

OS and CPU: Running on latest Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich OS, the smartphone is expected to be powered by a Snapdragon S4 processor along with 2GB of RAM.

Display and Screen Resolution: This Android smartphone comes with 4.8-inch 720P capacitive AMLOED touchscreen display and the supported screen resolution is 800 x 480 pixels.

Multimedia: LG Optimus LTE2 multimedia feature includes dual cameras in which a the primary rear one for 1080P HD video recordings and can be operated over vocie, a secondary front camera for video calls. Other multimedia feature includes 3.5 mm jack, stereo speakers, FM Radio with recording, Music & Video player.

Storage: The smartphone comes with 2GB of RAM, up to 32GB external memory support along with 16GB internal storage.

Social Networking: The smartphone is preloaded with major social networking and instant messaging applications.

Network & Connectivity: The smartphone is 3G enabled and supports LTE, NFC, Wi-Fi, USB, Bluetooth, GPS, WAP, and high speed data connectivity.

Messaging: Includes SMS, MMS, IM, Email, Push Mails.

Applications : Includes HTML Browser, Voice Recognition, Youtube, & Android Apps.

Battery Performance: Boosted by a standard 2150mAh battery the new Android smartphone from LG promises to deliver long battery life.

Built & Weight: Smartphone comes with a glass and metal body but no other built information is known as of now.
