Nokia has launched Nokia 2690, 1800, 1280 and 1616, four new entry level mobile phones in Indian market. Nokia 2690, Nokia 1800, Nokia 1280 and Nokia 1616 are affordable mobile phones and will be available in Karnataka and Tamil Nadu states first.
Nokia 2690 is a 2G phone with VGA camera, music player, Stereo FM Radio, 3.5mm audio jack and has 8GB expandable memory card slot.

Nokia 1280 sports 1.4 inches Monochrome display, FM radio, Flashlight and expected to be the cheapest mobile from Nokia.

Nokia 1616 is a 2G phone and expected to hit Indian market in few weeks. Nokia 1616 sports 1.8 inches TFT display, FM radio, 3.5mm audio jack, MP3 ringtones, speakerphone and more.

I guess among these, only Nokia 2690 is worth buying. Else better to go for less branded and cheaper mobiles. For example karbon,micromax etc
